Adding Suppliers

Before you can distribute an assignment to a supplier, the supplying company needs to have an organization in CAPQ, and that organization needs to be registered as a supplier to your company.

To see which companies are registered as supplier to your company, you can click on “Account” in the main menu and then click on “Suppliers” in the left-side menu. If you cannot find the supplier you are looking for in the list, then that means that the company either does not have a company in CAPQ or they are not yet registered as a supplier to your company.

Note: Every company needs to have a valid license agreement signed with NCS before an organisation can be created for them in CAPQ. In case you do not have a valid license agreement, please contact sales@ncscolour.com.
