Downloading Colour Standards from an Assignment

1. Click on ”Assignments”
2. Click on the assignment from which you want to download colour standard(s)
3. Click on the “Colour Standards” tab.
4. Locate and check the checkbox for any of the colour standard(s) you would like to download
   
   
5. Click on “Download”
6. Select the connected instrument you would like to download the colour standard to
   1. Optional: Select if you want each colour standard to be prepended by the colour name by checking or unchecking the “Include colour name” checkbox
   2. Optional: Select if you want the tolerance set associated with the colour standard to be included in the downloaded file by checking or unchecking the “Include tolerances” checkbox
7. 8.     Click on “Download”
   
   

Note: The file format of the downloaded colour standard(s) will be automatically selected based on the file format used when the selected instrument was profiled. For example, if you connected a Datacolor SF 600 using Datacolor Tools and the QTX file format, the colour standard(s) will be downloaded as a QTX file.
