Switching between organisations

A user that has access to more than one organisation in CAPQ can easily switch between organisations directly from within CAPQ without logging out and logging in again.

In order to switch organisation, just click on the Account dropdown in the top-right corner and select the "Switch organisation" option. A popup will appear that allows you to log in to a different organisation.

Can't see the "Switch organisation" option?

If you cannot see the "Switch organisation" option in the Account dropdown, it is most likely because the account (email address) that you logged in with only has access to one organisation. Contact your CAPQ Administrator for more information.

If you are the CAPQ Administrator in your organisation, you can simply log in with your Supervisor account in any of your other organisations and invite the user (email address) that you would like to have access to that particular organisation to grant it access.
